Hello from Destin, FL! We set off for a fun long-weekend after my Thursday afternoon class. Though we are having fun eating, drinking and soaking up the sun, I have also been able to get some school work and running accomplished. Here’s what my workouts looked like this past week. This was my last week of pre-marathon training. Training officially kicks off this coming week!
Monday: 3 mile run
Tuesday: 100 kettle bell swings for time
Wednesday: 2 rounds of- 100 jump ropes, 1/5 mile run
Thursday: No workout
Friday: No workout
Saturday: 5 mile run at the beach (but not on the beach) 😉
Sunday: No workout- spa day!
